Had the best experience here! My iPhone got water damage and was unable to turn on. They were able to identify the problem and fix it within an hour. Very friendly staff, the manager was extremely helpful as well. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here rather than Genius Phone repair, as they told me they would need to keep my phone for 3 – 4 days. On the plus side, since they still used my original phone parts, they did not charge me!

I came in here expecting a quick fix on my cracked gold iPhone 5. while it was a minor crack it annoyed me so I figured I’d pay the price to replace it as they advertised. I went with my at the time 4 year old brother, expecting it to be a 20 min ordeal(I dropped it off 2 hours before). after waiting an hour, they told me the screen they orsered didn’t fit right but they could put a black screen on it although it would look different. already being tired of the wait, I said sure. then, after another 45 minutes of waiting, they told me that screen wasnt working either. their next solution was to have me wait 2 weeks to wait for another screen or I simply would have to go home with a non working phone. with an annoyed and clearly exhausted 4 year old i said Id wait. after a week they then told me they actually couldn’t fix my phone bc it was my fault that my phone was incompatible bc of «the nature of the crack». I went home with a completely unusable phone and no refund.

I went to this store in search of a laptop battery which I found but was a little on the expensive side. I purchased it anyway because they did have a refund policy and I needed one immediately. I did end up returning the battery and requesting a refund. One of the associates told me when I first bought it that refunds were no problem. When I came back I was told that refunds had to go to corporate and then you would recieve a check minus a fee. Oh yeah and the check would have to be mailed to me. The manager wasn’t rude but wasn’t nice about it either. I felt it was misleading to say at purchase time you give refunds then later say oh yeah we are going to mail it to you. Other than that it’s a decent store.
