The UPS Store

UPS tried to deliver a package to my house I wasn’t there so they left me a note saying sorry we missed you but your package will be at this UPS store I grabbed the note and headed off to the store when I arrive they asked for my ID and quickly said never mind as they all laughed at me and said «this package won’t be here until Monday it hast to go back to the Wearhouse first.» Today being Friday mind you and the package being Time sensitive. They didn’t even try to help Locate it or even look for it.

This UPS location has definitely won me over! I’ve had such a good experience at this store that I travel from Dade to Broward County to pick up my packages. I’ve been to other locations where employees are searching in the back for deliveries. Not sure if the package/​packages that I’m referring to is even in the building. I’ve not once had this problem at this particular location. They go above and beyond the call of duty. I was really impressed that they remembered my name and my daughter’s name after one visit. The staff is extremely friendly and they go the extra mile. What I love most of all is the fact that I am in and out when I need to pick up a package. The wait is always short and I find it very convenient for me. The staff has not only made me feel welcome, but they ALWAYS make my daughter feel so special when she walks through the door. She loves going to pick up packages. This is definitely my preferred UPS location!
