Public Storage

If you want your rents to continuously rise (twice in a year for me… This last time it went up 20 dollars), choose Public Storage. If you want 24 hour access do not choose Public Storage. This company blows and it would be cheaper if you sold your stuff and buy new things for the money you would save from renting at PS depending on the amnt of time you rent. You have been warned.

Giving a five star rating because of the customer service I get from Claudio and Anthony. The storage facility is always clean which is very important and the location is very safe.

I’ve been renting storage units at this location since 2008 when it was originally Tropical Storage. Tropical Storage was fantastic and had many perks such as the free moving truck. While the ownership is now Public Storage and sadly the moving truck is no longer available there still is one factor that keeps me driving all the way from Davie, that is the staff. Anthony and Claudio have been here for a long time and always provide customer service of which you don’t expect nowadays and friendly conversation. People definitely make or break an establishment and this place definitely makes it!

I found the cheapest price here at this location in Miramar for my neighborhood. I live in Pembroke Pines, so it is convenient since it is located right off I-​75 and Miramar Parkway. Claudio and Anthony are friendly and helpful. It is also in a safe neighborhood, so I am not afraid to go there alone at night. It is clean and bright.
I recommend highly.
