Kohl’s

You guys seem to be short staffed. Im writing this review only to post the pictures with it. This store is a complete mess and destruction. You guys need to keep organization or you will look like jcpenny lol. What a hazardous store you guys are running here. Boxes and toys all over like a tornado went through the store. Does the owner of this place take pride in his position. I wish i had the oppurtunity to operate such a large store, whoever is gifted with that oppurtunity does not appreciate it. Im disgusted and appalled by the mess in this store and i will not return

The worst Kohls ever. Horrible customer service.

My wife loves this place. I myself love the mark anthony line. The shoe selection is good for men and I guess my wife thinks so too because she loves buying shoes there as well. Give it a try. The khols cash promotions are with it.

Very disappointed today came to Kohls to purchase bedding for my new bedroom set they had a tag up for 60% off yet the store manager Gene said that he cannot honor because someone might’ve moved it when they could clearly check the cameras if they want to see that we did not move them they were there the whole time false advertisement even the department girl said they been moving stuff around it is not a customer’s fault if they don’t correct their signs

Been to this location a couple of times out of convenience but I won’t return. never had a great or good experience. walked in with my wife this past weekend and were quickly and presently greeted by cashier. Then we went to home décor looking for a particular item which we found (patio umbrella) but could not find the base. I pressed the service button box several times and waited but no one came. I proceeded to go to customer service which was close by to ask for help.
When it was my turn for service the employee proceeds to go into a detailed conversation with another employee about what they ate for lunch and that there was cake in the breakroom for another employee’s last day. Customer service employee then asked why was the other employee leaving and continued to have a conversation as I stood between them.
Ends up being that one of them went to check for the product which after 5 minutes I was told it had not arrived at the store. So why sell a patio umbrella that needs a base when you haven’t received the base.
We then start to leave when my wife grabs a couple of clothing items on sale. We go to registers where there is only one cashier and a small line. Cashier calls for back up, which arrives quickly. Then the two cashiers start trying to sign up customers for Kohl cards, one customers doesn’t have proper id, the other customer can’t remember their email. I know this is not the cashier’s fault but this process took almost ten minutes of just standing there watching. When it’s our turn cashier briefly apologizes rings up items but they are not showing sales price. When told about the error we were told to go check the sales sign or see how much was the sale cost. At that point we decided we had wasted enough time at this store. A total of 40 minutes of which more than half was waiting for service.
Too many similar experiences, won’t be returning to this Kohls

I hate this place. There’s not even the thing I want for my family in time for Christmas. Even the sales are still almost the same. Never coming back here for shopping days

You can find some great stuff here on sale if you look. I got nice cardigan sweaters for under $ 8. I think that they have some pricey stuff but they also have some great stuff if you look. They had some great boots for $ 8 but they weren’t in my size.

I LOVE Kohls (Miramar, FL), good prices, the $ 10 Kohls cash, the store is neat and clean. I love the Croft and Barrow choices. Yesterday they had a scratch off which gave me an additional 20% off my entire purchase. Yeah!!! P. S. you can use the Kohls cash even after it has expired.

I don’t shop here too much because it is very hit or miss for clothing. I think they are very overpriced for the quality of their clothing selection. In addition, if you need to make a return you have to go to the customer service area in the back, it can not be done at the register. I do however, buy household items every now and then and get good deals.

Thanksgiving weekend is when shopping is at it’s worst, So I tend not to even bother. I was around and happened to check this store out. Okay, no lie I was greeted like 6 – 7 times. I think the same person told me Good Morning three times at different areas of the store. Lol. It was neatly organized, to my surprise even the Toy section. My checkout was quick and painless and my cashier was very pleasant. Thank you!

When I first bought my house with my husband I went here for the first time and loved what they had for your bathroom. i decorated my masterbath with a nice set I found here. They have really nice towel sets and mats for the house. They have really great prices as well!

Went here last week and went NUTS shopping. Hubby and I had gone when they had just opened in 2008 and it was a total disaster back then, messy, dirty, things every where and we never went back. I ventured in this past weekend with my friend from Puerto Rico just to show her what it was and BAM!!! HUGE SURPRISE!!! it is totally different and I went totally NUTS (like I already said) the prices are great, the store is very nice, clean, organized, huge selection of everything for the home, women, men, kids. The home department is wonderful with all kinds of decoration items, sheets, pillows, rugs and everything else. I was helped by an amazing girl, which I regret to admit I didn’t get her name, who willingly went to get a price on pillows they had two for one and was nice enough to tell me to hurry up cause it was the «early bird special» and the prices were over at 1:00pm. I look at my watch and it was 12:35pm…OH MY GOD!!! I had to rush (lol) get most of what I wanted, paid for it, took it to my car and went back inside to continue shopping… LOL!!! yes, I did all of that and I don’t regret it at all and I’m looking forward to my next shopping spree… hehehehehe…@Denise, give it another chance like I did and you’ll fall in love with it.
