Came in here looking for an unlocked phone for a very particular scenario with specific needs with a relatively urgent need.
The staff was very knowledgeable, kind and patient not just pushing the phone and plan sales but actually listening to our needs and catered to our concerns.
They offered several solutions and options and went online for several needs. They had called customer service and called up colleagues for additional information.
Both Hector and Sebastian are such professional gentlemen. I was impressed with the way Sebastian handled several customers at the same time, giving time and attention to each customers needs without having any one waiting for too long.
Not your typical business pushing cell phone service dealership, they even offered a discount without prompting.
They are genuine service providers and served with a smile, would definitely recommend if metro pcs or a quick phone fix is what you are looking for.
