This is the most unhappy place to live in. In my opinion they are liars and cheaters. The rules are enforced arbitrarily and capriciously. The security they have here is practically non-​existant. At least Two residents have had their cars stolen. The police cars are in and out of here all the time. It’s not worth the money they charge to rent the land. Buy a mobile home where you own the land. DON’T RENT HERE
