Stay away… Came in for a simple switch out from a iPhone 5 to a 6 plus. I brought in a new 6 Plus and my current 5 which was in perfect working order. An hour later they managed to delete my Grandfathered in unlimited Data plan that I have had for years and basically sign me up for a new plan which was unecessary since my new 6 was unlocked. All this was mentioned before he put his hands on my phones. After going back and forth with the employee and getting nowhere. The manager, who knew what was going on basically just got up and disappeard into the back room to never be seen again. «I call this the«I’m going to go hide because im to busy trying to find out when will One Direction be in town» manuever. The employee, who I was dealing with, as far as I’m concerned might have been someone who just walked in before I did and pretended to work there. The technical aptitude of this employee was non-existent. The blank look in his eyes, the stuttering, all made me believe that he was way over his head. After a few«let me input stuff in the computer to make it seem like I know what Im doing and let me turn off the phone repeatedly a few times hoping for a miracle» came the kicker. His final diagnosis was for me to call AT&T customer service and have them fix my issue. There was nothing that he can do. I asked for the manager and he said he was in the back busy… «Yes I know, One Direction tickets» I get it. After a few colorful sentences that came out of me I grabbed my two non-working phones and left. I got home and called AT&T and was able to actually get someone from Florida to help me with my issue. She got it resolved in twenty minutes and put all my setting back to normal. Moral of the story… Stay away!!! unless of course you have«certain» concert tickets laying around…

I went there for a question about my iPhone, not only the rep answered my question, he actually took the time to show me how to use the many features on my phone and showed me how to manage my account using the my at&t app. I’ll be willing to recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you!
