Had a really fantastic experience. The customer service from Ian was awesome, and he made our pizza perfectly. Everything was extremely fresh, and there’s nothing I would have changed. Excited to go back soon!

I live literally less than one mile away. Not only did my pizza take an hour to be delivered, but when it got here we had to microwave it, because it was almost room temperature. I had to call and ask where the delivery driver was. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the pizza isn’t half bad. But I’m so frustrated after my very first time eating/ordering I’m not sure I’ll ever order from here again.

If I could give this facility 0 stars I would! Went for lunch and ordered a slice & it was soggy!!! I went to the cashier Jeffrey twice after telling him I wanted my slice well done & he told me that the reason it wasn’t well done was because the dough being used was a bad batch. I ended up asking for a refund and I would never go there again. They should not be advertising themselves as NEWYORKSTYLE pizza Bc it’s definitely not. This place is not recommended at all!

Ist of all. If your looking for an Authentic NewYork pizza taste. Not gonna get it here. But what you will get is a good tasting pizza. Crunch n Doughy at the same time. Cheesy n sauce was light but didnt have that special straight from Italy taste. But in all still a good spot to have a Slice or 2.

I would give 0 if I had the chance. I tried this place twice. Both times using Unilocal Eat24 app. The first time they took 1 ½ hours to deliver 1 pizza. They said the delivery driver got a flat. Today I placed an order with a 45 to 60 minute window. After 60 minutes I get an update it will be another hour for delivery. They said they just got the order from Unilocal.I used the app for years and never had that issue and after the first order I see a pattern. Stay away if you are hungry. If you got 2 or 3 hours for 1 pizza, good luck

Normally love coming to this place. Pizza is good, service is quick and friendly. I won’t be coming back after tonight’s experience though. Ordered two slices of cheese pizza and a garlic roll. After the cashier rang me up he proceed to walk over to the pizza and separate the slices with his BARE hands(which had been rubbing his mouth when I walked in the door), and put them on the tray to be warmed. I immediately had him void the order and walked out. I know there’s always a risk of being served food under unsanitary conditions when you don’t cook things yourself but right in my face??? Worst of all he couldn’t understand why I didn’t want the pizza anymore.

I ended up here by mistake… Luckily. Their 2 slice lunch special turns out to be a LOT of pizza! And it’s quite good. The staff was very pleasant and they were constantly. Running out to keep the tables clean and supplied. I’d go back again.

I read the reviews but sometimes, it’s worth it to try it out on your own. This place used to be Power Pizzeria and I had never been to Power either. Upon entering, I noticed a clean dining room and a polite, clean cut guy behind the counter. I placed my order and left to window shop the plaza. About 20 minutes later, I returned. My order was ready. So as far as service goes, I’m pleased. Now for taste! I ordered a Build Your Own XL with Spinach, mushroom, and garlic and a Medium extra cheese pizza. I thought they were both tasty. Not great but pretty decent. I was expecting much worse based on the reviews. I have no complaints on food or service and I will return. Nice little family spot in my neck of the woods. They also have a Unilocal Check-In special but I didn’t want bread with my pizza so maybe next time. Im looking forward to returning and trying a calzone. What I experienced was fresh vegetables, nice crispy/chewy dough, nice sauce and nice presentation.

Oh boy… where do I start? we ordered this today(delivery) in hopes of great pizzeria type food. It was a big order, so we knew it wouldn’t get here immediately. the food didn’t get here until almost 90 minutes after we ordered it. All of it was cold, not room temp, actually cold. Contrary to popular belief, cold pizza isn’t always great. We also ordered a calzone, what a mess that was. It was mostly bread, and there were entire cloves of garlic in there, none of which were cooked. I asked for a calzone that had garlic, onion, ham and meatball. The onions were minced well, but they were raw. Definitely wasn’t expecting that. Had I known they wouldn’t even be browned, I wouldn’t have ordered it. Same goes for the huge cloves of garlic… raw and entirely whole in size. Pizza was just… strange. I don’t know how to quite describe it. Crust was fluffy and chewy, but there was a strange texture to it. I honestly can’t describe it in a way that would get across the weird crust in its entirety. We also ordered the Cinnamon rolls they offered. My wife liked them less than the ones you can make for yourself from Pillsbury(at less than half the price!). Truthfully, everything was really overpriced, ESPECIALLY when you take the mediocre quality into account. I love food, I love cooking. When I go out, it’s not to treat my family to great food(not usually). I can treat my family to great food at home. When I go out to eat, I expect to eat things that I can’t really cook. Sometimes it’s also because I don’t want to slave away in the kitchen… but this meal was just so… blah. I can’t make pizza at home, but I can make better frozen pizza at home. I can’t really make calzones, but I can make similar dishes that would satisfy the palate in the same way. The garlic rolls were decent, but since they were cold, I can’t say much more of them. This place was very middle of the road. And I’m very disappointed because I could cook much better food at home. I ordered this to satisfy a craving I had, this just left me sad. I really don’t think I will ever order from here again.

Today like any other day I went out to satisfy my hunger. I came acroos this establishment and saw the phrase«authentic New York pizzeria.» Me being from the northeast I had to step in for a drink and a slice. The décor isn’t that of a pizzeria I’ve seen before but hey«you go for the pizza and not for the stuff on the walls.» Now on to the pizza… although it looked like a NY slice, it wasn’t. Slice was big but cut in half; they don’t do that in NY. On to the taste; yea it’s not true NY pizza. The pizza was too crusty on the bottom, the cheese and tomato sauce were off, but the kicker was the missing oil drip I am fully aware that I may be too critical but if the word«authentic» is your slogan, you must deliver. I may come back for a redemption meal, but I’ll wait a little bit. Maybe they’ll tighten up on the recipe, import the water, someone tossing the dough in the air, but something has to be done. I have faith. Until then Steve’s Pizza in Kendall is the closest to NY style pizza

I’m actually from New Jersey so when I see«Authentic New York Pizza» in South Florida as a selling point i really don’t expect much. This is one of those cases where trying to be something that you’re not counts; not only in marketing but in the product as well. The dough doesn’t even come close. It was very gritty tasting and a bit dry. I do not know what blend of cheese they are using but they put so much of it on. The sauce is very mediocre, almost like it was a few days old today. I asked for a slice of Pepperoni pizza. The guy took a slice of cheese pizza already made, slapped some pepperoni on it and popped it in the oven. It was actually amusing to witness such a novice technique at a self proclaimed«Pizzeria». Now being from the northeast I know we can be snobby when it comes to Pizza and bagels but I’ve never been this hard on any pizzeria since i’ve been down here because it was beyond disappointing. The pizza i had was tasteless, lacked technique, and overall just wasn’t good.

My family was very excited about trying an «Authentic NY Pizza» just to be very disappointed after receiving out order. There was an insane amount of cheese and no sauce(that we could see our taste). Nobody could eat more than one slice. A medium pizza and a large cheese pizza delivered cost $ 39.00 including a $ 2.00 tip. This is a new establishment and perhaps they will get better in the near future. Please make sure you ask questions about they items you will order before you do. This was a very expensive and disappointing learning experience. Mr Montaño, please see below the details of my order. We gave $ 2.00 to the driver upon delivery. Order Details: Description Qty Price Large Create Your Own 113.99 Mozzarella 2.00 Medium Create Your Own 19.99 Mozzarella 1.25 H1-Bacon 0.63 Ham 1.25 H1-Pepperoni. 0.62 Parmesan 1.25 Black Olives 1.25 Onions. 1.25 Subtotal 33.48 Tax 2.01 Delivery Fee 2.00 Total $ 37.49

Probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten. I will be surprised if they are open next year at this time.

Not at all what I had hoped for. The driver spoke no English, had no receipt, and brought no plastic ware or napkins which was disappointing but the food while expensive was not good. The caprese salad had the most anemic tomatoes I have ever seen, the calzone was soggy and didn’t have enough sauce. Will be looking for a better option when I am here next time. The manager didn’t like my review, left me a message that I should have requested all of that or called back, feel like they had the chance to provide excellent service the first time.

Maybe was just a weird time… Place was empty at 12:15pm on a Tuesday(ended up here because panera line was too long!). Seemed slightly dirty and there were flies in the display case, which I pointed out to the guy at the register. He said, «oh yeah, not sure how they get in there.» I am not too squeamish so I Ordered anyway and got phill steak on wheat. It was very slow service and I could see they brought out this bucket of something to make the sandwich… Didn’t make me feel too comfortable. Ate it anyways! It was ok, bread was good. Wouldn’t go back. *editing, someone notified me the bucket was fresh roast beef… While it’s nice to know that it’s fresh… Food is also about presentation. So if ur gonna get my food out of a bucket… Do it where I can’t see! Not appetizing to see it.

Very good pizza. We had a large brooklyn/margherita split pie. A bit heavy on cheese but the sauce was delicious. Bacon(on brooklyn side) had good flavor, the tomatoes and basil(on the margherita side) were fresh. Dough had a sourdough taste to it which I liked a lot. Overall a major improvement food-wise from what it used to be(formerly a sub-par power pizza). Staff was nice and pizza didnt take long at all. Good neighborhood pizza joint. Worth a visit.
