As someone who has dieted and worked out my whole life with very few lasting results, I’m well-versed in the ins and outs of gyms and workouts and personal trainers and dietary fine-tuning. I was referred to Move Strong Destin by 2 – 3 close friends who have had sustainable and visible results. One wanted to body build, one wanted to tone and become more cardiovascular-ly fit, and another had quite a bit of weight to lose. The stunning accomplishments of all three were all the testimonials I needed to begin working out with Move Strong. I’m only two weeks in, and so far my experience has been fantastic. On a practical note, Move Strong offers very flexible training — even those of us with erratic schedules can fit in 3x a week training due to the many offerings. In addition to the open training schedule, Move Strong offers beach boot camps 2x a week. Jason Kuhn is a motivational and challenging trainer without being reckless or arrogant or overly aggressive — unfortunate traits I’ve found in many trainers over the years. He truly loves what he does, and it shows. He customizes his advice, dietary recommendations and workouts to each trainee, and is always positive and helpful. In addition, the morale and enthusiasm in other participants is palpable. When in group workouts, all members cheers each other on — no matter the level of ability — and everyone really has fun. But don’t let that fool you. The workouts are intense and often leave us flat out exhausted and sore — but in the way that makes you know that you’ve challenged yourself and done good work. I’d recommend Move Strong Destin to anyone who is serious about getting in shape or achieving ANY physical goals.
