This place is pretty good. They just started making smoothies, slushy and teas. I’ve only tried the hazelnut milk tea with boba and it’s good. The price is reasonable. The owners are very nice and greet you with a smile. It’s very clean and organized. They also have a good selection of yogurt

Immoderately greeted with a sincere small chat. We are visiting from the Bay Area and it’s our first time at a Tutti Frutti — so far so good!
Apparently they’re having a special: follow them on Instagram for 10% off or leave a Unilocal review and get a FREE iced tea with boba!
The seating area is clean (both the tables and the floor) 10⁄10. Bathroom cleanliness 7⁄10 — but I know that customers can be careless.
If you’re stuck on what to get, ask them for suggestions! You might even get a sample of it (not those mini ketchup sample cups either).
My go-​to is Almond Milk Tea and it was delicious! My husband had their frozen yogurt — they had a good amount of toppings and flavors to choose from.
