I came in here the other night and I was told about a buy 2 pre-​owned games get a third for free. I picked out three games quickly as it was 8:50. When I got to the counter I was told that one of the games wasn’t pre-​owned, my mistake. So I said sorry and that I would go pick out a third pre-​owned game. As I turned around I was told «sorry we are closed now, you can either purchase the ones you have now or come back tomorrow, that is the last day of our sale.» I worked the next day and I work from 10 in the morning until 9 at night so I wouldn’t be able to get in. I looked down at my watch and it was only 9:06. I was given the choice of either purchasing my games right then or leaving the store… I have worked in retail and restaurants before but I have never witnessed that before. The only reason that I give them two stars is that I called the manager the day after and he was very nice on the phone and said that he would take care of it.

This place has to make a ton with all the kids here in Eastvale. They have great customer service and always are able to answer our questions about games. I recommend getting the game stop membership, it really does help and you get discounts on games and earn points. I use my points for money off more games. I got a great deal on beats, games, consoles, etc…

I come here all the time for my preorders or anything. Each employee here is extremely friendly and kind. Never had I once had a bad experience here and I will keep coming for a long time. Wouldn’t trust any other place.

I go to this GameStop like daily. I never go to any other GameStop. The associates here are awesome. I love to say that I know most of them by heart. And they are all friendly and knows what they are doing.

Amazing customer service! Chris was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We were looking to get a PS3 and he broke down the types available and which would be the best bang for our buck. My husband had mentioned that we had an older consul that was just collecting dust at home. Chris suggested that we bring it in and he would see if turning it in as a whole unit or piecing it out would would get us more money. We returned the next day with the old system and to my surprise, he remembered us. He got right done to business and found the best option for our pay out. He was even able to split it between a Starbucks card and a game stop card. (Made a coffee loving girls day). He was amazing and so helpful. I wish more people had his great customer service skills.

It’s a friendly and awesome place to look for games. The staff are friendly and nice to talk to. They really care about you rather than most game stops I’ve been to. I spend most of my paycheck here sometimes. And it is worth the one mile walk to there from my home just to discuss the latest game preorders.
All in all Chris and the rest of the staff help reinforce that they care about the gamer rather than the sale.

This Game Stop is great! If they don’t have what I need they are always very helpful in directing me to where I can find it or even having it delivered which is convenient. The staff is very informative and always have good insight into games that I don’t know about and are knowledgeable enough to answer any question that I may have. I also love their midnight releases because they had out great prizes whether it’s merchandise or coupons for Chipotle.
