We pay these guys (or this guy) $ 130 every month to plow our driveway. It the last week we have had 3 powder days and I have not once seen the plow in our driveway. When he does come it is at 1 or 2 PM and the snow has since melted and turned to ice. We have to get up and shovel it all ourselves if we want a decent job done or before noon.
At the beginning of the season he told us he does a lot of driveways on our street and he would come multiple times on snowy days to make sure it gets plowed, we have never seen him in the driveway more than once in a day.
I don’t know if he is skiing, totally over-​committed or just lazy but the quality of service we are getting for our money is unacceptable.
