We recently rented an RV from this company for a vacation in North Carolina. Our experience was mixed. The RV was clean and prepared for us when we arrived and in general our experience on the road was great. The customer service wasn’t as great. The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The booking staff who we dealt with over email and phone before and after did their job but were not very friendly and tended to be curt in their communications. There were a lot of extra add ons for various things like a check in fee dishes fee, linen fee, a «prep fee» and each time I emailed with questions about these the replies I received made me feel like I was asking really dumb questions.
