Best Pet Boarding Grooming & Supply

Boo for Best Pet. Took our cat in to stay for the weekend, and they not only DIDNT give our cat his heart meds (the container had the exact same number of pills when we picked up as when we dropped off), but they denied it to our face.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time it’s happened, but it will be the last.

I have 2 babies (my dogs shih tzu) that are frequently boarded at Best Pet Boarding. I have been boarding my dogs here since 2009. I was taking them to sterling kennels until we had a horrible experience there! I decided to write a review because I was informed about the dog eye incident! I was confused/​concerned about this so I inquired about this incident! They are not closed for a reason! If you need to know call and ask!
Why I LOVE BEST PET BOARDING;
My babies are happy when I drop them off, they know when they are going there as we round the corner! This is a family owned/​worked company. They so far have been able to take my babies on short notice! The place always smells clean, ALWAYS! I can take them to their kennel & go & get them when I pick them up! I keep their shots up to date and we have never had kennel cough!
I can phone to check on them when I leave, I can even have a family member go and check up on them for me!
I have a cat with special needs that I board there as well and he is never stressed when I pick him up!
Recently they started grooming again and when they called to inform me of this I thought I won the lottery!
They do an awesome job at grooming as well! When I bring them home they don’t pee on floor in retaliation at getting groomed!
Ok I am almost done…
Whenever I drop my babies off or pick them up Best Pet has so many dogs there!
I believe they are a excellent boarding/​grooming place! The reason people don’t write good reviews is because they are satisfied with their services so they go home and get on with their lives! The reason there are bad reviews, well people need to vent somewhere!
