Went to pick up a reserved U Haul truck, they were unprepared, ill equipped and after spending an hour I walked out with no truck. They had no one in the building that knew how to operate the system, and could not get it to work. We needed this truck to move an elderly woman to an Assisted Living Building. I would not recommend using them for their u Haul service.

In response to the business owner’s comment, I would like to point out the following facts: The facts: I called MULTIPLE times before posting negative feedback. In fact, my FATHER even called because I was getting nowhere with these people. The facts: I was told when I signed up for the service that it would take 1 – 2 days to tune up the mower and return it to me. It took SEVEN. When I called in(twice) to check where my mower was, the lady in the front office told me she didn’t know anything about how much longer it would take, and wouldn’t know anything until it was finished. The facts: My $ 48.15 special cost me $ 91. A couple of spark plugs do not cost $ 50. Instead of hiding behind a small disclaimer of «plus parts» at the bottom of a receipt, why not be honest with people up front and tell them what it will really cost? The facts: There was absolutely nothing wrong with the carburator on my mower before I brought it in. It has been working fine all summer with no problems, despite Leon’s claim that I needed a new one. The facts: I never received a warranty on the tune up because I refused to buy a new carburator from them. I stand by my posting and will continue to tell everyone I know to stay away from this unethical business.
