Still waiting after being here 45 minutes to pick up some glasses. They finally said, thanks for your patience. What would we do without smartphones. My thoughts exactly, now I can give you a bad review, while waiting for 45+ minutes for the 2nd time just picking glasses up. The people that help you are great. They just need more.

Wow. I have never been so unimpressed in my life. Scheduled an eye exam, was told to come early to look at frames, and was completely ignored by numerous employees. 1 woman started to help me but was quickly distracted by the many other customers. The rest of the staff stood around and whispered to each other for 10+ minutes until they finally came over and said they didn’t know I had an appointment. I wasted at least 45 minutes standing around and didn’t even have an exam until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. The exam itself was very quick and basic. Definitely not as thorough as my regular eye clinic. but what do you expect in a shopping mall? I won’t be back.

Just about every employee here needs an intense lesson on customer service. Like, come on, I have never felt so unwelcome. I definitely will NOT be returning to this store, unless it’s to bitch at someone. I swear half of the workers at this store aren’t even trained. I’m shocked that no one else has written a review on here. This store now goes by Visionworks by the way.

I ordered glasses from here last month. They said I would have them in a couple weeks. It’s been 3.5 weeks, and still no glasses. My biggest problem is that every time I try and find out, they give me a different answer. The lab has them — we don’t know, or a couple more days. It’s always something else, and I need them really bad! There’s no way I would have come here if I knew it would take this long. No one is even sorry about this. I plan on purchasing sun glasses too, but they will no longer receive business from me. I’m sure all the fault can be blamed on the«Lab» but regardless, I expect better customer service out of my purchases.
