Same boat here. Paid several thousand dollars for packages, and less than halfway through, with no warning, they closed their doors. I received an email over a week later saying they will not be finishing packages, will not be issuing refunds, and if anyone wants a package finished that we have to go to a specific salon and pay another 40%!!! I’m contacting the credit company I paid through and filing a report with them. I’m also filing a police report against these scammers. Terrible customer service and business ethics.

I’m also in the situation as Abbey reported. I paid them well over $ 3,000 up front and only received 1 of my 7 laser hair removal treatments and 2 of my 12 facials. Makes me sick. If any of their other locations are still open, beware!

They closed without refunding me my money. I bought a package of multiple treatments for over $ 2000 and they don’t answer their phone and haven’t reached out to refund me. They are crooks! Do not go to any other location!
