Nothing Bundt Cakes

This is tucked away in a strip mall and very difficult to spot among the rest of the shop. we ordered 8″ white chocolate raspberry for new year. the cake tasted so good and the texture was really good as well. we kept it in the fridge for about 20 hours and it was still very good. I am not the fan of the original frosting and ordered the drizzle and it was ok. great service, cake is little on the little expensive side and certainly 8″ will not be enough for 6 to 8 as advertised on the menu.

I was introduced to NBC thanks to a holiday lunch provided by a vendor, never heard of it before last year. So when I heard they were opening a location in my hood I freaked!
I really don’t know what makes this place so delicious, but man-​oh-​man are their cakes good (and I generally don’t like cake)!
This location couldn’t be easier/​better for me, only a few miles from my home and close to Ridgedale. I am in the area so often that I had been stalking this place, waiting for it to open for months, and the second I saw the open sign in the window I made sure to go. (Ha-​ha, as I am writing this I am hearing a radio commercial for this location)
The cakes come in several different flavors and sizes (red velvet is my favorite, gingerbread close second). I find myself coming in most often for the «personal sized» cakes which cost just over $ 4. They even offer you a fork to scarf it down immediately. The mini cakes come in a pack of 12 and are $ 18, perfect for sharing.

I was introduced to Nothing Bundt Cakes last year when a friend got me a dozen assorted «bundtinis» for my birthday from another Minnesota location. To me, these are the greatest little dessert ever created, and absolutely trounce any cupcake. I was really glad to see this Minnetonka location open, making it the closest to where I live. Your local delivery option allowed me to surprise the same friend at their workplace with a few dozen bundtinis to share on their birthday. Thanks for making it perfect.

This location opened about 3 months ago and I finally had a chance to go out here. I came here on a rainy Friday, driving from MOA and barely made it with 5 minutes to spare before they closed! I met Kim the owner, and she was super friendly and informative. Even though they were right about to close for the day, Kim still took time to talk to me and inform me about their punch card, and their e-​club. She didn’t rush me or make me feel rushed the entire time I was there. I have been to Nothing Bundt Cakes many times before, but mainly their Eden Prairie location and have never heard about their punch card or the benefits of the e-​club. If you join the e-​club, you get a free bundtlet on your birthday plus you find out about sales and such via email. The punch card is nice, because it’s basically once you’ve bought 12 bundtlets or bundtinis you can get one free! Also around this time, they have their pumpkin bundlet, which is super delicious!!! And honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of their flavors. I’ve tried multiple ones and they are all so good and super moist!
