I would not even give this business a star. Terrible customer/​patient service. Very rude and not helpful for advertising they are a urgent care after hours walk in facility. Where the patient needs to call their insurance to see if they excepted them or not. Wonder how they can afford to keep their fancy office building open with no patients?

This center is brand new and conveniently located off highway 7. Plenty of parking along with complimentary valet, if you need. Walking in, it is like being in a hotel lobby without the front desk. You are approached by someone with an Ipad who takes down your information (name/​reason for visit/​if you have insurance). You are then taken back to an exam room. That is where they ask for insurance card and how you intend to pay, will take check, card, etc., once that is done, a nurse comes in to take vitals and more info before the doctor comes in. Everything seemed very organized, I didn’t wait very long for the doctor. He was very nice and spent more time with me then I thought he would. All in all, very good experience and I would definitely go back.
