Slow service. Always out of key ingredients. Dirty. I like Chipotle, just not this one

Outstanding staff! They were all so friendly and excited to make your delicious burrito or bowl. With the line going out the door, the staff made sure they made your food the right way. Seriously the best Chipotle I have been to!

I didn’t fully grasp the term«slow as molasses» until I went to this chipotle. It’s so slow it deters me from going there. I raced my wife and got a meal at Dairy Queen and when I walked back she was in the same spot in line. I will no longer be visiting this chipotle due to lack of service. No apologies for being slow. Nothing. Given this place too many second chances. Game over.

I’m not really sure why we keep going to this Chipotle. This has to be the last time. I’m not even a huge fan in general but my husband likes it so I go there for him. Ordering. Not ordering your food but who the heck does the ordering for the restaurant?! Every time we go in they are out of something. Seriously?! Don’t they teach that in Chipotle school? Thankfully, we never eat in as the place is a sty. Guys(and Gals), wipe some tables down and take the trash out. It’s not too much to ask. If fact, it’s your job. :) I’ll be taking the extra time to get my husband chipotle from Wayzata. I know, first class problem.

Worst chipotle ever! I won’t go here anymore! How can you stand in a line of 6 people for over 20 minutes at 4:30pm on a Thursday? They are the slowest, laziest staff I have ever seen! The owner should really go in undercover and see how dysfunctional this place runs, it’s unbelievable! The product is always terrible, too! I’m done going here and should’ve learned my lesson when my first two trips here were awful! Stale tortillas, overdone meat, layer of brown sitting on top of the guacamole… This place is just nasty, so unkept and horrible service!!! Stay away!!!

I only write about Chipotle Minnetonka because I want it to be good when I go there. Today’s visit was another loss. The main problem this time was the food and that usually is not the case. Everything was good until I saw brown oxidized guacamole and lettuce. Yea I realize that happens but it leads me to believe that was last night’s leftovers. Also I wanted 3 hard shell tacos and the lady said they hadn’t made them yet today. It was 10 min to noon. As usual I dined at a dirty table. There were 7−8−9 people working and seriously no one had time to wipe down the tables. Or table touch. I know the workers here are good people but they need to get there heads out of the clouds and have a sense of pride in there work and location. Please help.

I love Chipotle but steer clear of this one, it has extremely slow service. Other customers in line with me had the same complaints.

I stopped a couple weeks ago on Saturday around 11:30 a.m. with the family as we were running errands in the area. This is a fairly new location and the entire experience was simply awful, I can’t imagine the management would have their D-squad during a prime time in Minnetonka on a Saturday, so I am blaming the experience to poor management at this location. We arrived and there was no line. I waited for close to 5 minutes for someone to help me. As I ordered by burrito bowl, I asked for a ½ scoop of brown rice. They let me know they were cooking it in the back. He offered to scrape what was left in the container, I said that was fine. He didn’t listen and we waited. And waited. He apologized for the wait and gave me a free soda(the only positive from the experience). The rice came out and I reminded him I wanted a ½ scoop, he gave me a heaping scoop. We got to the fajitas, they didn’t have any. He said it would be another couple minutes. He continued me down the line and said they’d add it at the end. We got to the end and waited some more. The cashier started to ring me up and I reminded him that I was waiting on the veggies(because he totally wasn’t listening). The guy came out with the veggies and gave me 4 strips of veggies on top of my bowl and told me to enjoy. I was dumbfounded. I asked for more and he gave me two more strips. I then realized I forgot to give the cashier my BOGO coupon. He said he didn’t think he could do anything about it. I asked him if he could ask someone else. He said«no, now you’ll just have to come back» being totally clueless. The entire experience took between 10 – 12 minutes to get through the non-existing line. It was crazy-making to say the least. As we were eating our lunch, I couldn’t hear a thing my husband was saying because the music was so loud(channeling an Abercrombie store without the horrendous cologne smell or abs to look at). I have frequented plenty of Chipotles and I usually have a stellar experience. The food is consistently good, and the service is fast. So it seriously pains me to give my beloved Chipotle a one-star review. I am hoping that other reviewers can prove me wrong and that I should give this location a second chance.
