Doug and Jessie are amazing. I am pretty new to phone technology and they were knowledgeable, patient and unrelenting in fixing my problems. I got the phone I needed and great service. Thanks guys!!!

Stopped here today cuz I thought I needed a new iPhone screen — turns out just needed a new screen protector. Great customer service from Dwayne(from Midway store). They didn’t even mind I walk in thru the commercial they were filming. I would go again!

Terrible customer service!!! I paid for my phone repairs. When I went to pick up my phone they could not find the receipt and would not give me my phone back. Had to waste time going home – fortunately I found the receipt. If the rep had been apologetic I could have forgiven and given a few more stars but her was a class A jerk. When I went back in another rep found the receipt easily. This guy was there and was horrible again. No apology. No interest in learning how to find receipts in their database and major attitude. It is not worth the headache. Go somewhere else.

I am such a huge fan of World of Wireless MN. I went there today for a new phone. They are twelve billion times more knowledgeable, polite and efficient than my carrier’s store. A great selection of phones, plus used old phones for cheap-os like me. Hooray!

A very poor experience. I needed my cracked iphone screen fixed and thought I would try to get a better deal than going through Apple or shipping it off to an unknown site. I called the store and they told me a price and that it takes 48 hours. When I dropped it off at the store 30 minutes later I was told that their technician was out for a couple of days so I’d have to wait. I agreed and left the phone for 4 days. When I came to pick it up the phone screen was not properly replaced. I showed the manager and he agreed. He said he’d have tecnician look at it and fix it again but he was out again for 2 days so I’d have to wait and I should take it and bring it back in 2 days. I said, «please just keep it and fix it — I just want a working phone and I don’t want to keep driving back to the store». The manager agreed and said he would call me when completed. No one ever called me. I finally got ahold of someone and they said I could come pick it up. I picked it up and took it home and once I got it charged it said NOSIMCARD. I called and left 3 more messages at the store and never heard back. I finally connected with someone days later and let him know that the SIM card was missing. He said that’s too bad — I don’t know where it would be… we have a ton of SIM cards laying around. He told me that I now need to go into an ATT store to get a new SIM card. He could reimburse me for the cost of the card but I again have to go back to the World of Wireless store to get that reimbursement. Now on top of waiting nearly 2 weeks to get a working phone I’ve had to drive all over the city multiple times. He didn’t see anything wrong with the situation and didn’t once apologize or offer anything for my trouble. In fact, he said that people had tried to call me back at the number on the order sheet but the number didn’t work. I have a copy of the order sheet and the number is correct! The people at the store were friendly enough, including the manager, but clearly lacking in customer service skills! Lesson learned — pay a few extra bucks upfront and don’t go to this store. I’ve spent the money that could have been saved on the phone on gas to drive around town instead. Not worth the headache!
