Had my watch repaired at Wixon, and I must say they are very professional and quick. My watch was set to be finish at the end of the month but instead they finished a week before scheduled time, and I’m happy to get my baby back!
The service at this store is awesome. Even if you don’t commit to getting your watch repair they’ll still look at it, give you a price quote, and you can determine whether or not you would like to spend the money to fix your watch. I love how I also got the option to see if I wanted to fix my watch, and they weren’t pushy in to getting me to say «yes» either. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my repair and would like to say I’ll come back again, but I really don’t because I don’t want any of my watches to breakdown again!
On a side note, they have financial options if you aren’t able to pay in full for your watch repair, including but not limited to, layaway option (pay month to month until watch repair is paid off before claiming watch) or signing up for a credit card with them and pay within 6 months and not have to worry about an APR%.
Plus they had free coffee and cookies, and a very secure entry and exit out the store (so don’t try to leave without letting an associate know first or you’ll look like a idiot for trying to push the door hard to get out — hahaha)

I had Wixon Jewelers resize my wife’s wedding ring. They were cheaper ten other places and the service was amazing. I recommend anyone looking to have work done on their jewelry to give them a call.

We shopped around at many different jewelry stores in the area when looking for my engagement ring. Wixon was the first place we stopped and we quickly learned it was the best. The service here is better than any you will find elsewhere. They have a fantastic collection and can even order what they don’t have in stock. You are greeted, seated and treated as a friend. Jason took the time to listen to us, get to know us and when we came back months later for our wedding bands, he remembered our tastes exactly. We will be customers for life! Thank you Wixon!

I was back visiting my hometown from Los Angeles, CA and I was pleasantly surprised by the phenomenal service I received. I decided to stop in to Wixon to look at watches. Obviously I can buy a nice watch in Los Angeles, but I had time to kill and friend recommended I check this place out. This younger salesman named Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was so knowledgeable about all of the watches and had no problem with me taking an extended browse. I looked at a Patek Phillippe and a few Rolex’s and ultimately decided to purchase a Rolex. I can’t think of a better way to spend an afternoon than trying on watches and sipping a cocktail at Wixon’s.

My first time going to Wixon was with my dad picking out a watch for my mom. I remember thinking back then, «when I get engaged, he better come here!»
Thankfully, my husband did. Along with my engagement ring, we also got our wedding bands here. The service is incredible; they truly listen to you and what you need & are never pushy. I recommend that anyone looking at rings at least stops in — you won’t be sorry you did!

A story:
11 years ago (in 9 days actually) my wife and I got engaged. We had shopped for rings and decided to go with Wixon. I had planned to pay cash for the rings and had been saving for some time. Being young at the time, we had a financial set back, as is want to happen to those in their middle 20’s, and I had to use the cash.
I called Wixon and explained the situation and asked if I were to purchase a lower priced ring, could I trade in in later on the rings we really wanted. Our sales person told me that no they couldn’t do that, but they could give me the rings we wanted, if I promised to pay at a later date. Dan Wixon gave a 25 year old guy a $ 5000 engagement ring on a handshake and promise to pay later.
Needless to say, I am a customer for life and have used them frequently and exclusively for the last 11 years.

As pricey as they are, they do their best to give you the best service they possibly can. They LISTEN to what you want and give their best advice possible (ask for Connie — she’s a sweetheart!)
We bought my fiancé’s wedding band there and was truly pleased with the service and the product we purchased. If there was a minor thing we didn’t like with the ring, we simply showed them and they would work on it and had it ready for us as soon as possible.
Once you purchase something from them, they have trunk shows and give-​aways that they remind you about. They serve wine and beer too, if that’s incentive for you men out there.
Don’t rule the place out, I think people think it’s an upscale jewelry store and that they are snooty, but they aren’t! You walk in and they all are very welcoming! Great service, and I’m sure they have something for everyone.
