Wilson Park Tower

Wilson Park Tower is a building that is apart of Laurel Village in downtown Minneapolis. Before deciding to live here, I was a little hesitant. Among people who work downtown, Laurel Village is known as the «Target dorm». I got over it quickly when I was able to find a place with the 2 bedroom 2 bath layout I wanted and covered parking at a price that was much less than a few other residences located in downtown.
I will say if you do decided to live in Laurel Village, I would really try and aim for a place in Wilson Park Tower because all of the monthly social gathers are in this building. This includes the 3 – 4 monthly movies they play in the theater, the yoga classes, complex parties for the holidays and other special events, and monthly beer, wine, and/​or liquor tastings Lund’s does for the Laurel Village residents.
Another reason this is the best residence in the complex is because all of the communal rooms like the community room, theater, pool/​hot tub, sauna, gym, and outdoor deck with grills are the best out of every building. Great perks right at your door step so in the winter you do not even have have to go outside!
