I only saw filtered reviews of this company so I thought I would add my 2 cents worth.
I have used the customer service several times and it is excellent. There are actually people on the other side that you can deal with right there and now. I was a
customer for my email and internet for YEARS and then they joined up with Velocity. Still great service (I don’t have a landline… just the internet at home).
I would have given them 5 stars because I am not sure if it is my computer, modem or them but my internet is not all that fast… I wish it was but I don’t need it all that much at home when I have it here at work. I highly recommend them for service. They have always been sincere and helpful. Even with my Mom… if she ever had issues they were very patient with her. :) and solved her problems.
