This is the worst customer service I have ever seen/experienced. The employees do not address the residents needs at all. The Internet has been out for several days and according to Marconet, University Commons has not paid the bill!!! How does this logic make sense when your tenants are students??? When it comes to maintenance, they also do a terrible job at addressing residents needs. I WOULDNOTRECOMMENDTHISCOMPLEXTOANYONE! The WORST!!!

Ok, first the place is extremely nice however you will pay back for what u do did and will. parking fare is $ 100 per month… one tiny room with a bunk bed where you share with other one, i could say as small as a typical suburban bathroom, will cost you around $ 400 – 500. Not include gas, electricity, and so on… Then after you are done with your lease, no matter how clean your place is, they will take away all of your deposit and even charge you extra couple dollars form maintaing and fixing problems. Seriously!!! This place is robbery!!!
Plus the place is built from thin thin wall that u can hear your neighbors activities and so on. The bed they provide is hard as it can get.

I lived at University Commons for 2 years while attending the U of M. All-in-all it was a great community to live in. The apartments are great, reasonably priced, walking distance to campus, tons of parking, and great amenities(gym, tanning, computers, hot tub). My only complaint was the hot tub being out of order quite frequently because other residents kept breaking glass in there, even though management forbids glass in the spa area.
