I went into vitamin shoppe and was helped by an amazing associate named Kyle looking for protein and a fat burner. Not only is he helpful but he also teaches you how to get your results quickly, He takes the time to answer all your questions and insures you with answers. This store is AMAZING for customer service and makes you feel like family :). Totally going back …

I always thought the Vitamin Shoppe was exclusively online until driving by today even though I’ve lived a mile away for five years. The two men working were very helpful and honest. I had questions about a variety of products and they provided helpful feedback.

The Vitamin Shoppe is an OK store. The main draw here is the prices.
Because they are a national chain the can offer good deals. The are friendly, and if you know what you need, .you can’t beat the prices. You just won’t get the same knowledge base as you might get in a smaller store.

Well, it is «the» Vitamin Shoppe, you can’t go wrong to stop here for your vitamin needs. I used to go to this location before the Roseville one opened up (which I also reviewed — I gave 5 stars). This location also has good selections and helpful staff, but I’m giving one less star because there seems to be more «people traffic» at this location, which means not finding items because it’s out of stock… it’s happened to me a few times so I end up going to the Roseville location… yup, I know it’s not the shop’s fault, but being as busy as it is… it’s in a prime gym location btw… three different yoga studios, a few «boutique» workout places and fitness clubs just right in the area… really, they should consider to stock up!!!

My mom recently sent me on a mission to find an item that her local Vitamin Shoppe was out of. When I arrived at this location, I was greeted right away by the guy behind the counter. He asked if I needed any help, and I told him what I was looking for. He led me immediately to what I was looking for, and within a minute or two, I was on to my next errand.
My mom has a frequent buyer card, and he had no problem adding this purchase to her account (even without her being present). Thanks for making my visit fast, stress-​free and overall successful! The next time I am in need of some vitamins/​nutritional supplements, the Vitamin Shoppe will be one of the first places I turn to!
