Soltvå Apartments

Great apartment. Refreshingly different than most industrial lofty raw looking places in this area of the city. New modern building, tons of windows and light. Great party room, rooftop patio and gym. The management is super nice. They do go above and beyond to help you out. Of course they raise your rent after your lease expires but everybody does that. Overall a pleasant place to live and play. I lived here 7 months and loved it.

My wife and I moved into Soltvå in the early Fall of 2013. We were actually scheduled to move into Soltvå’s sibling apartment building Solhavn, however there were some delays in the opening of that building so they put us in Soltvå (1 block away) until Solhavn was ready to open. We quickly discovered how much we loved Soltvå, and within the first two weeks we notified Soltvå staff that we would like to stay in our Soltvå unit — Soltvå’s staff is second to none. They are super friendly and are always willing to help in any way that they can. Soltvå also puts on different community events throughout the year.
A few other awesome points about living at Soltvå:
* The building accepts all packages on your behalf and delivers them daily
* Online resident portal where residents can easily file work requests (handled very quickly by staff)
* Awesome community spaces on the lower level (board room and living room) — great for meetings, working, events, etc.
* On-​site fitness room
* Rooftop patio space (includes a fire pit and two grills) with a great view of downtown Minneapolis
* Heated underground parking is available
* 3^rd party dry cleaning & dog walking services available to residents
* Very dog friendly building
