Incompetent woman. I came in for a massage with a bad strain in the right side of my neck. She kept pressing the left despite my telling her to press the right. Also, she knew about tendinitis in my wrist but instead of pressing where the knots are, she claimed to feel heat in my collarbone and kept pressing that. Here’s a thought, when a patient says «OW» really loudly, instead of just saying sorry and continuing to press the same spot, maybe you should actually stop pressing there. I ended up feeling worse today and went to urgent care this morning where they gave muscle relaxers that actually helped.

So I went back to get a massage again and this time I realized I can schedule online. Midnight the night before I made an appointment at 1pm the next day. It was so convenient! Like last time Tammy was great. Kind of hard to beat when she is so thorough and informative along with relaxing!!! It’s been a while since I’ve felt this good. Definitely convenient to be able to schedule your own appointment online even at 12 midnight!!!

The only reason I decided to book a massage at this establishment was because it was the only place that was «open» and had time slots still available.
I booked my appointment, I was very excited. I’ve been having back pain for the past couple days and this would have ment a good night of sleep! Finally!
Moments after booking, I get a call saying that the owner forgot to take down those times and that my appointment has been canceled…
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYBODY
If you can’t handle scheduling appointments you shouldn’t be running a business, and if you think you can run a business… good luck

After having attended the amazing candlelight yoga classes for multiple weeks on Tuesday evenings, I decided to go for a massage. I’ve had Swedish massages in Sweden, and Thai massages in Thailand and can honestly say that this was the best massage I’ve ever had! As an added bonus, Tammy is just the nicest person you’ll ever meet!

I was visiting Minnesota, whilst traveling for business. Sitting at a computer all day long and taking the occasional plane ride, really does a number on my back. Shift Massage was recommended. I have to say that Tammy, the massage therapist was very knowledgable about yoga and massage and the respective healing properties.
Once on the table, not even 2 minutes in, I was relaxed. Her infusion of Clinical massage and hot stones were amazing. I cannot wait to visit again for another massage session.
