Sarpinos Pizzeria

Food is awesome! if they can get the order right! ordered there three times and all three times they messed up on the order, which is really hard to do because I ordered online. so I suggest you do not order from here… again they have great food if they can get your order right! But as for me I will never go back or order from them AGAIN!

Absolutely ridiculous! First time I ordered from here it was delicious and HOT. Second time it was late and cold and they gave me ranch instead of garlic. Third time was for a company meeting. I was a little skeptical after I called and the guy said «Um — Like, could you call back in 30 min because um — like my manager will be back and I don’t know how to take the orders over the phone.» I said sure. He said «so that’s like cool with you»? I said excuse me? He said «is that like cool with you»? I said Yeah man — totally rad! So I call back 30 min later and I get the same guy. He must have magically learned how to do orders because he took my order down which took 30 min. No joke — 30 min to order three pizzas and baked spaghetti. I told him it needed to be here at 11:45 the next day and he said um… ok let me check to make sure that’s ok. Comes back a few min later (literally) and says ok that’s cool. So he took my cc info and we ended the call. Because I was so skeptical of the guy that took my order — I called the morning of the delivery and double checked my order and delivery time. I was told all was good with my order and delivery time. 11:45 comes and goes…12:00 passes (which is the time of our company meeting) I call the location and I get put on hold. I was on hold for 5 min after I hung up and called back. When I called back I got the «manager» and he asked me to hold and I said NO — I have been on hold for 5 min and my delivery was supposed to be here over 15 min ago for a company meeting. He just tells me «well, we have a lot of deliveries today». It got here 35 min late, the pizza was cold, AND I got all ranch dipping sauce instead of half ranch and half garlic (which is even stated on the receipt). I think this location needs new management AND new employees. Surprised they still have customers at this rate. The food (when hot or even WARM) is great. Just the wrong people running the place.

Sarpinos, although inferior to Pizza Luce, still offers superior delivery calzones for the area. The pizza is also good, not superb, but does the job better than than a Papa Johns or Dominos.
I’m seeing quite a bit of comments regarding the slow delivery and have to assert the delivery has been quick, and free for that matter, every time I have ordered from Sarpinos.
Still have to say the calzone I ordered was very good but lacked a little sauce, which reduces the quality of my dining experience.

I am really sorry to read these reviews! We have been ordering Sarpinos for ATLEAST 5 years. Yes, delivery takes about 45 minutes and they tell you that on the phone. Our pizzas have been delicious along with the calzones! Their salads are fantastic and fresh. We’ve tried the pasta, the sandwiches, everything has been yummy! Order from this place, we love it and order almost weekly! Kim J.

Still haven’t gotten pizza… Hour+ wait for delivery down the street. Even the cat was upset. Hopefully the garlic bread will be alright.

Ordered a Gyro salad. The meat was hard, thin, not real tasty. The salad part was fine, typical veggies of not great quality that I honestly expected. But the meat was real subpar. I wouldn’t recommend it.
