The customer service here is consistently bad. On multiple occasions the person taking my order has stopped working and turned to have a side conversation with the other employees. They also continually were cursing in front of customers, which was very unprofessional. Tonight an order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes took 45. Overall terrible service

Absolute worst experience ever. I ordered my pizza for delivery at 11:50am today. It is now past 1:30 and still no pizza. They told us we would receive our delivery at 12:30. We have called countless times and sat on hold to speak to a manager. We were hen told a manager would have to call us back. Still no phone call either. This place is a complete joke with no concern for customer service whatsoever. Don’t bother! There are plenty other better places out there that won’t leave you starving all afternoon.

Oh gosh… I tried so hard to believe that it was impossible for nearly all of the Pizza Huts within a 20 mile radius of me to have less than 2 star ratings on Unilocal… now I know why! I ordered online — they had a $ 10 dinner box deal(1 medium 1-topping pizza, 5 breadsticks, 5 cinnamon sticks). I added extra mushrooms and the Parmesan crust. 45 minutes later, the pizza guy shows up. I hand him my card and he looks at me like I handed him monopoly money! I guess Pizza Hut only accepts cash at the door(which was odd for me as when I have ordered pizza from other places in the past they’ve all had card readers with them). So I scrounge up some cash and pay him. Then I get to the(theoretically) good part — the pizza! Only to find it cold, raw, and untopped! It was nearly comical that only 9 mushrooms on half of a pizza qualified as «extra»(seriously guys, I wish I would have taken a picture). In addition to my toppingless pizza, the crust was left in the cold. Naked. Parmesanless. Afraid. All I could do was throw the poor crust some extra cheese I had in the fridge and toss it under the broiler for a few minutes. Shame on you, Pizza Hut. Shame. On. You.

Ordered from them about 5 times, and I’m pretty sure they’ve messed up my order every time. Their quote times are always inaccurate. I’ve waited 15 minutes in the store for a pizza I ordered 20 minutes prior to my arrival… on a school night nonetheless! Also, the $ 10 delivery minimum is BS considering the outrageous $ 3 delivery fee. An $ 8 order comes out to nearly $ 12(call it $ 15 with the tip) and they won’t even let you get it for delivery without adding at least $ 2 more to the order. By the far the worst customer service of any place in Dinkytown which is really saying something

Don’t bother with this location. Get Domino’s, Papa Johns, Mesa — anything else. This locale is not worth the trouble. We used to order from this location until a month ago. Their food was pretty good but the customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The driver got lost and when I offered directions, he said he didn’t need my attitude and hung up. This was at our business location, and I had hungry peeps waiting for their food while I was on the phone with him. Dealing with manager was even worse. He contacted the driver, who lied and said we cussed them out(not true and with a group of people — I’m sure at least one person would’ve noticed). The manager backed the driver saying they would not be delivering to this address again. I even contacted the corporate office about this. The district manager contacted me, asked me a few questions, that was it. I recommend that if you want Pizza Hut you don’t get it from this location. As for that location, I let the rest of the businesses in the building know what happened since they said they won’t be delivering to this address anymore. The drivers always got tipped well too. But hey — after this there is no way I’m dealing with them again in this decade. I didn’t realize they had such horrible reviews and now I’m adding one more. Don’t bother with the corporate office because they just slough it off on a district manager that can’t really be bothered. They don’t need my business & that’s fine by me — Domino’s and Papa Johns are friendlier anyway for delivery.

parking is plenty which is hard to find near the university. friendly servers. they were running late when i ordered my food so that was a downer.
