Spacious shop, very friendly staff who are always helpful. Lots of selections with great discounts. I’ve always enjoyed the customer service experience.

First of all they have a pretty awesome website, which was part of the reason I went there. If you’re looking for a decent selection of rolling tobacco they have it, along with tubes and rollers.
I went there because of their self-​proclaimed (as per their website) great selection of hookahs, shisha, coals, etc. Unfortunately, their selection left a lot to be desired. Although they claimed to have «natural-​lighting» coals I couldn’t find any. Their choice of shishas was sub-​standard to standard (starbuzz, al-​fakher).
Their website also says they have bulk pipe tobacco, which they do and I was interested in purchasing some bulk pipe tobacco. However, even though there were 3 people working they seemed to be more interested in socializing than helping their customers.
All in all, 2 stars. Their selection of rolling tobacco was alright, but I think they oversold themselves and their selection overall on their website.
