I was very impressed with the efficiency, knowledge, and upbeat personality of the techs and front desk people. This place gets pretty busy and they don’t have a lot of time to chitchat, but they do take time to listen and explain all the necessary information. I had YAG procedure done. It went well. The doctor was nice and answered all my questions each visit. They have modern equipment and thoroughly test. I was having some issues and they knew exactly what tests were needed and what follow-​up needed to be done.
Also the business office has representatives that know and understand insurances well.
Most tests can be done on site and procedures are done in the building right next-​door.
Northwest has been completely reliable in returning phone calls and my wait time at appointments was minimal.

When I visited this place, the doctor’s assistant did all the work and the doctor came in last 5 minutes and checked few things and said to go. Very unprofessional and rushed is what I felt there.
