I was having an issue with my water softener and was pretty sure it needed to be replaced. Northland water did a great job of quickly getting out to my house, diagnosing the issue with my water softener, getting me a quote, and replacing it in just a few days. I especially appreciated that the person who showed up to do the job was the same guy who did the initial assessment and provided me the quote — it always feels like a bait and switch when I get a quote from someone who seems knowledgeable and then some knucklehead shows up to complete the service — but not with Northland!

If I could, I’d give ten thumbs up for NORTHLAND WATER — after learning I had NO WATER they were very responsive (within 30 minutes) and over the phone helped with a temporary fix. Kudos!!!
