Was pleasantly surprised by the relaxing spa atmosphere, it was out of the ordinary service, mybff took me here. Last month what a nice place, unfortunately smeared my nails impatiently but, was in able to redo.

Excellent nail service from Tim! He does a wonderful job of cleaning and painting my nails, with ease and care. He’s a great conversationalist if you’re the chatty type like myself but he’s also considerate if you want some quiet me time.
The spa is so welcoming! They greeted my friend and I with a smile and checked is in. We were asked if we wanted water or tea and received cucumber infused water. Loved the hospitality!
Overall, I would recommend coming here to get your nails done! They’re very friendly.
Also I totally am not familiar with the skyway so make sure you go towards Macy when you’re on the second floor of the 811 LaSalle building. It’s right across from Andrea pizza.

I brought 4 clients here for mani/​pedi treatments and I was embarrassed at how awful the service was. The salon only had two technicians for a party of 4 and one seemed to be the receptionist «just helping out». If you don’t have the staff to accommodate appointments, then be clear that two people will have to wait before taking the booking. I don’t expect to pay $ 90 for a receptionist to do my treatment. The manicure/​pedicure was below average with visible streaks. Never coming here again!

Living in urban area can put a lot of stress on your body and long hours in the gym won’t help relax either. Getting a gift certificate for lontis day spa & salon gave me an opportunity to try them out for deep tissue massage. Atmosphere, music and smell of different aroma oils create relaxing atmosphere and drug you to come back there. It is located in skyway so I was a little bit skeptical about service provided. But they know what they are doing for sure. Full body massage is amazing and definitely help your back, legs, neck an hands recover quicker and be ready for the next adventure.

Kayleigh is super! She’s so funny and doesn’t really try. She experimented with styles and techniques that are new that turned out really well. She put in the practice to make sure I received what I asked for. I plan on continuing to visit as the atmosphere, location and staff are superb!

I have long, thick Asian hair and I’m so glad I went to this salon! My hair hasn’t been maintained for about a year and it was getting gross. I called in for a hair appointment and got in the same day with the owner of the salon. For only $ 55 I got a shampoo and cut. She cut about 5 inches off and added lots of layers in my hair! Even my husband noticed it! I will come back again!
I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because it’s a little tricky place to find unless you know your way on the skyway.

When I lived in Minneapolis, this was my go-​to place for getting manicures and pedicures. I even got a massage there once and it was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and I always was happy with my experience there. It’s not the cheapest place in the area, but they really take their time, do a great job, and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and comfortable. I was willing to pay a little extra for that. As a bonus, if you go for their Happy Hour specials, you can save a little bit of money on some of their services.
Now that I am back on the east coast, I am so sad I can’t come here anymore!

The massage was great but the atmosphere was not. It was extremely noisy. I was offered headphones to help drown out the noise. It wasn’t anyone’s fault just poorly designed. The room for massage is basically just partitioned off from the salon so you heard every conversation and hair dryer. I felt bad for my therapist working in such a tiny space. She barely had room to walk around the table. She did give a great massage and I loved the use of stones and a salt back scrub at the end.
Still, not worth the price due to atmosphere.
