Waited 20 minutes to get a pizza that was supposed to be «Hot-N-Ready» between 4−8pm. We came at 6:30. Another customer began loudly berating me for asking for compensation for my wait time. The manager, Dan, did nothing to stop the customer(whom he obviously knew as they were talking about Dan’s girlfriend). Left in tears and didn’t get even get a simple apology about the wait(which probably would have satisfied me). Used to be a regular at this location, but will not be going back.

Fast, inexpensive and good pizza considering the price. Service is nothing special. No smile, no polite greeting. Which is why they are graded down a bit. But then again you can’t expect much I suppose.
