We have worked with Brian for several years now, in multiple capacities. As a realtor, he is excellent. He has a vast knowledge of «house internals» and can spot areas of concern even if there isn’t an obvious issue. He understands how the market works, and knows how to play within it. He doesn’t over– or under-​sell, but also does provide whatever input and opinions you need when trying to decide about making offers.
In our case we decided to rent instead of buy, and he helped us find our current rental home. As the manager of our rental, he is beyond amazing. His average response time to any questions or issues is probably about 3 – 5 minutes, and if there is ever anything which requires maintenance he stays on top of the issue even past the time when it gets fixed… and makes sure it does get fixed in a timely manner. He is also able to come up with creative solutions to issues when they become especially sticky. He is helpful, courteous, professional, and sensitive… and obviously cares about the well-​being of his tenants.
All in all, we would recommend Brian to anyone who has any situation involving real estate or rental properties!
