who we told at ordering that we require at least one fitting, but she needed the dresses in just a few days. We told her that we would send the dresses, but they will certainly need altering, and would like her to come in as soon as she can after the competition. We told her that we would not promise that the exact colors would be available locally, because we did not have time to order the exact colors, which this customer agreed to. The customer is not «out» of her money, but the check was sent by our in-​house financial officer this week. We do not return abusive phone calls. We appreciate our customers, and have been in business over ten years. We have never had an unreasonable client as this, but we did return her money, and hope that she has found the dresses that she deserves.
