For the past 5 years (almost 6) I have worked a ‘9−5′ desk job hunched over a keyboard feverishly typing away the minutes of my life. This does not fair well for my neck and shoulders who are lucky enough to hold loads of tension and stress. I knew for a while I needed adjusting but was reluctant because of the time and money that could go into it. After going to Alex a few times I noticed a significant difference. I slept better, the tension had eased and the numbing waves of pain shooting through my arms and fingers were disappearing. Things just kept improving and to this day I feel great. The ability to sleep on my side without my arm going numb after 5 seconds is life changing. For real.

I love Kinetic Chiropractic! I switched chiropractors because I was looking for a clinic that was not only flexible and affordable but also attentive and holistic. Dr. Alex spent quality time really understanding my issue and then we decided together what my treatment plan should be. Clearly he takes patient care very seriously.
