JJ’s and T Cleaning Services LLC

This is a terrible company! I bought a certificate from Groupon and scheduled a cleaning weeks in advance because I had company visiting from out of the county. The week before I called to confirm my appointment and to let them know that I would need them to be on time. When they were already late I called and spoke with the owner and explained that I need them to show up soon in order to get the cleaning done as I had to go to the airport to get my friend. She said she would check with the cleaners and call me back. She didn’t. I called her and asked why she didn’t call back with an ETA and she said she had called me (a complete lie!) She then told me they would be an hour and a half late. I waited and they didn’t show! When I called the owner back she didn’t answer (twice.) I called Groupon to let them know and they told me she had already redeemed my certificate a week ago! Not only did I not get any service but them left me completely high and dry when I had company arriving! I see they have scammed people on Living Social too… Do NOT deal with this company! I would give them no stars if I could.

Bought a Living Social deal. Vendor never picked up phone during business hours, voicemail was full, nobody ever replied to email and then they marked Living Social voucher as «used». So it was a $ 40 scam not a deal. I would not recommend working with this vendor.
