JAB solutions doesn’t exactly have it together. The people are nice enough, but not smart or fast. The tech that came the first time was adequate, but maybe a little burnt out. The tech that came the second time was awesome… but only fixed half of my problem. When I asked them to return, they explained they would charge me for another service call!!! I think not. The receptionist doesn’t seem to have much information and the owner, whom I spoke to after this issue, wasn’t extremely bright either. I was looking to set up a long term relationship for service, but will spend my money elsewhere.
