I called trying to get information on a cigar and if they sold by the box and after the sales person took the information he returned moments later to say he was too busy and hung up on me in mid sentence. The entire time his attitude came across like I was harassing him by asking for information. Perhaps he was having a rush of customers at the moment, taking my number to return my call would have encouraged me to try the shop again rather then a hangup. I give them a two on the chance it was the employee and not the habit of the rest of the staff.

Update: the owner of the store messaged me to explain that they treat customers like they have known them for a long time and that is the reason for the laid back attitude I experienced. I actually completely respect that answer. I am really appreciative of the response and hope to work with them again in the future.
I chose this place specifically because the reviews said that the employees were extremely helpful. I had the exact opposite experience. He was snappy and made me feel uncomfortable. My questions were responded to with «what do you even mean how long the battery lasts?! Until you need to charge it again.» I even felt the need to apologize for annoying him. I asked if he could show me how to use the product and he said «well, it’s brand new, but they’re all the same.» I’m somewhat pleased with the product I purchased, but the male staff member was disappointing.

Infinity Smokes is a great tobacco/​cigar/​pipe shop in downtown Minneapolis. They have all your smoking gear on hand but what really sticks out to me is both their customer service and the availability of electronic cigarette options. I have started using the Cig2O e-​cig in an attempt to quit smoking and the knowledge of the employees here has really helped me choose a product that has pretty much zeroed out my consumption of cigarettes. I still get the nicotine without the other stuff. One step closer to quitting…
