Hop 21 is the hidden gem in Minneapolis that you MUST check out! I searched far and wide for the perfect space to host a company holiday party and I’m so happy I discovered this local treasure. The venue is chic, modern, and clean. The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. Max, the owner, did a fantastic job in helping me put together a perfect night for our 70(ish) attendees. I will definitely be back to enjoy some ping pong with friends, and if you’re looking for an event space I would definitely check out Hop 21!

When you’re looking to have a fun night in downtown Minneapolis, look no further than Hop21 Table Tennis Club & Bar! It’s everything you would hope for in a table tennis bar … and much more! It doesn’t matter if you’re a table tennis pro, basement legend, average player, novice or have never picked up a paddle, you’ll surely have a blast!
It’s a comfortable, clean space, and the tables are high quality (Killerspin MyT7 ClubPro). There are excellent daily drink specials, happy hour (4 p.m. to 6 p.m.), very reasonable drink prices and a nice selection of delicious paninis. There is free play every Tuesday.
Owner Max Vinogradov works tirelessly to ensure that everyone who walks through the door has an enjoyable time and is treated well. After your first visit to Hop21, you’ll want to come back again soon! There are opportunities to play in leagues and tournaments, which are advertised on Hop21’s Facebook page. It’s also great spot for work outings and parties.

I used to play table tennis all the time in college, and then had no venue in which to play any more. So this is a great new addition to the Twin Cities as far as I’m concerned. The employees we’re friendly, efficient, and got all the orders right. You can’t ask for more.
And table tennis too!

Exactly what Minneapolis was missing. Top notch ping pong tables with lots of room. Solid food and beer list as well.

The league I signed up for has not started yet. However, the couple of times that I visited the bartenders were very friendly. I got to know Max and he is a great guy. I have not tried the sandwiches yet, it just a matter of time. If you enjoy table tennis (or ping pong), check this place out as the tables are top notch and the atmosphere is fun.

Great place to play some ping pong and have a beer or two or three. Panini sandwiches are also delicious. Great atmosphere. Clean, minimalistic, contemporary. Thank you for the excellent service!

Hop 21 is a an awesome venue to be active and have fun with friends. Enjoy ping-​pong with a social flare and environment that fosters movement and activity. Glad to have Hop 21 join the 501 S. Washington avenue building with other awesome business such as 501FIT, Core power yoga, Crooked Pint, etc.
