Intake clerks are often clueless. Once told me I would absolutely not be seen in their clinic because the insurance card in my wallet was expired. Even after I asked to pay cash, they told me to go to the ER across the street.
Nurses have always been friendly, but the doctors they have on the UC shift have run the gamut from inexperienced to unhelpful, rude, rushed and even downright bizarre!
Now that I have a lower co-​pay for ER visits, I will never use the Healthpartners UC again.
