Great Clips

Worst service ever! I was a walk in and was told their is one person in front of me so it will be about 10 minutes. Several people came in. And they ask if they checked in online and they were automatically next in line. This is BS. I am not going to go to any Great Clips ever again if that is their policy.

I’ve had some major hit or miss experiences with great clips in the past but this great clips was a hit. Mary asked me more questions about my hair then I even knew how to answer but she helped me figured out just what I wanted. Super clean environment with no wait and friendly staff.

I went to this location at 830 AM today. I used the online check in option and was seated almost immediatly. The staff were very nice and calming, especially my own hairdresser. I donated all of my hair to locks of love, so obviously I was a tad nervous.
I showed the hairdresser some images of the pixie cut I was looking for. Apparently she had had the same cut before and was excited to do it on me. I didnt get any comment about how a pixie cut might not fit my face shape or anything, which was great! She asked me a couple times if I was ready and she made the snip. 14 inches for locks of love! She then asked me every step of the way if the length was right. My cut turned out amazing!
I now have an adorable pixie cut with faded shaved sides and longer hair on top. Tons of hair to charity and an awesome hairstyle I can make into faux hawks, pompadours, and curly hairdos. On top of it all, my cut was free because I’m donating my hair! Talk about the best hair cut experience!

This is the second Great Clips I have tried. This location behind the Quarry Shopping Center, (not in the Quarry as is sometimes reported) has a cramped parking lot shared with other businesses. There were more Cutters than customers when I entered, actually I would then be the only customer and remained that way through my entire cut. The Stylist took great care to ask me questions about specifics to my preferences after reading the notes with their online system from previous Cutters. The shop is clean, spacious and comfortable with a modern look. It was quickly pointed out to me that the rush will start later. I certainly hope this was just a flukey slow time and not the norm. I was satisfied with the attention to detail and the cut.
