Great company! I called to have four cracked panes replaced on my original 1940’s double hung windows. One of them was painted shut as well. And another was difficult to access. All the windows got fixed and they look great! He was able to come out the same day and his rates were more than reasonable. He even quickly helped us fix the front door which wasn’t opening properly. I highly recommend Glass Resolution!

Came on a weekend to evaluate the window damage and helped me put up a plastic sheet to weather proof the damage while the glass was ordered. Vlad delivered a competitive quote, walked me through the entire cost estimate and all my options. I never felt pressured or like I was being up-​sold on services I didn’t need. Finally he did an excellent job with the actual window installation.
Although a broken window is far from a pleasant experience, Glass Resolution made it fairly painless. And while I hope I never need them, they will definitely be my first call.
