I visited Minneapolis for the first time, and my boyfriend and I were walking around when I saw Gina + Will. I had no idea what it was, but my boyfriend’s name is Will, so I suggested we go inside. We were very excited to find out it was a thrift store, and even more excited when we saw the quality and the prices. It mixes the quality of upscale consignment shops with goodwill’s cheap prices. I saw quite a few name brand purses and jackets and the highest price I saw on them was $ 14.99, so it was nice to see that they don’t take advantage of the brand and charge an arm and a leg for these items, especially when the area is mostly made up of college students. Needless to say, we both ended up leaving with a bag full of purchases and we’ll be back.

In the last 6 months since my first review, I have visited Gina and Will multiple times, and have brought more than one person shopping with me there because I love it there so much. The selection changes often, and I have never come home from there disappointed. I use everything I buy, and I would recommend this store to anyone. I’m pretty sure the staff there will start to recognize me by face and name soon enough, and I’m okay with that because every single one of them is friendly. I pay them for my clothes, they treat me with kindness and respect: it’s a win-​win.

Hm, maybe when I went for the first time the pickings were slim, but I definitely like Gina+Will. They have a 20% off sale on a certain color of tags each week. Mostly stuff for women, but stuff for men too. The store is large and has a good mix of brands, styles and colors. I’ll be sure to check it out more often though, to see if the selection changes.

Super clean, super big, super cool. I think this place is going to do really well on campus. Think platos closet meets good will and a vintage boutique. There are a mix of brand names and no names in the store and they sell everything from purses to shoes to hand bags and jerseys.
They also sell new stuff too – like headphones, chargers, other random things college aged students would need. There’s public parking in the ramp behind the building and also meter parking just outside. The staff were really nice and the prices ranged from $ 1-​$ 25 for items in the store. I picked up two vintage graphic tees for $ 12!
