Well it’s a laundrymat so I don’t have a ton to comment on EXCEPT that neither Unilocal nor Apple Maps has hours listed or a working website or phone number. I walked here once from my hotel assuming it was 24 hrs and had to turn around and walk back. The hours are 7am to 11pm so if you’re on the road, looking to do a quick load like me, just make sure you’re in and out before 11pm. PS they really do have the worlds largest washers and free wifi.

What a piece of garbage! I have laundry facilities at my apartment, but I have to run the dryer 3 times for a comforter. So, I come here. I didn’t bring cash, because they advertise credit card machines. Well, I got two loads started then the cc system crashed. Stuck with two loads of wet laundry and the phone numbers for the business are no longer in service. Also, it smells in here!

Giant Wash Coin Laundry has a misleading name, as many of the machines accepted credit/debit cards as well. There are countless machines for varying sizes of loads, free super-fast Wi-Fi, a few big screen TVs, and one of those goofy chairs that you sit in and it massages your back. It’s very well lit, always has a helpful attendant on duty, and is cleaner than most other laundromats I’ve been to in the city. Needless to say, if my washer/dryer in my apartment building continues to be on the fritz, Giant Wash will be my laundromat of choice.

Has plenty of regular and large washers and dryers, so you have your choice and since there are so many you’ll probably never have to wait for someone else to be done. If you’re staying at the hostel down the street, this would be the place to go within walking distance. I did and wasn’t feeling like taking the bus somewhere else.
