I called Freedom on Tuesday for a quote on a new AC unit. The owner, David, was at my house the next day. He was on time, polite and professional. He listened to my needs, reviewed my system, and gave me a fair quote for a new system that would meet my needs. The pricing is not outrageous and I would call them again to bid on any HVAC needs I have.

Anthony, the technician who was dispatched to my home, quickly diagnosed my AC problem and, when the necessary part arrived, got the unit up and running again. I appreciated how he talked me through his diagnostic approach.
Freedom did a good job handling my home warranty company, which initially did not want to pay for the part. When the part did arrive, Freedom followed through with me through that process and reached out to schedule an appointment.

Very shady business. Bunch of Scammers. BUYER BEWARE, BAIT AND SWITCH schemers.
These guys replaced my entire AC unit with a faulty unit. When I called them about the warranty on their work, they denied me until I sent a copy of the receipt. They came out to repair and it turned out the idiot who installed the AC unit from earlier did not fill it with freon. They told me they will charge me for this service as it was not on the warranty. I decided heck it’s hot out here so I agreed to it pay for it. I asked them for a bill and they promised to have one emailed to me. Moments later I did not receive a bill. they called me back and told me because I did not pay them, they refuse to finish the job until I paid them. I told them I need to see what I am being billed for. They told me the amounts have increased because of the time we waited to process payment. It’s customary that you pay after the service is completed. They continued to harass me and were very adamant that I was wrong for not paying up front and that I am liable to pay additional hourly charges for the time lag since payment was never processed. This is BAIT AND SWITCH. These guys told me a price and an hour later refused to give me the bill but decided to increase charges.
Buyers beware. These guys are scammers. When they first replaced my AC unit, they were prudent enough to provide me with an estimate and allowed me to pay them after service was completed. Sadly the business model changed overnight. When I called them back to service the faulty unit, they did not honor warranty and decided to bait and switch on me and continued to harass me and extort me. I was told if I did not pay them price will keep going up. It was their tactic all along to install a faulty unit to further exploit me as a customer.
Sadly I was unaware that these guys are fairly new, just opened in 2011. Red flag!!! Shady businesses will always re-​open in as a new entity. DO NOT USE, I will not recommend these extortionists to anyone.
