As doctors’ offices go, this one is pretty decent. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and efficient. If you need to set up a payment plan to pay down your bill, they tend to be quite accommodating.
The nurses are wonderful. We don’t even go to urgent care anymore; we just call, let them know of our symptoms, and ask if we can have a doctor’s appointment. If the symptoms are serious enough, they’ll get us in as quickly as they can. If not, they’re great at giving us advice for self-​care over the phone. That’s great for peace of mind, and it often saves a co-​pay.
I’ve come here for labs a few times. The technicians are great most of the time; one time I had someone who couldn’t find my vein (even when I pointed it out to her), but you’ll find that anywhere now and then.
