Overall: I placed an order over the phone for an early pick up with Flowerama because their business hours were the earliest. Communication was easy and I provided a picture of my vision to the designer for a quote. On the date of the pick up, Flowerama opened their shop early when I knocked on the door which I truly appreciated. The quality of roses were OK. I expected 1.5−2 inch bulb, premium, long stemmed roses for the price that was quoted but received 1 inch, short/​medium stemmed roses instead. In addition, I also peeled away damaged petals on half the roses which, to me, appeared more open than what I’m used to. Flowerama was generous with their fillers and the arrangement was stocked!
Tip: I highly recommend providing pictures for the designer so she can produce the creation you desire. Mary was very pleasant to work with and communication was easy.
